Prop firms with no consistency rule
A consistency rule caps how much of your total profit a single day may represent. It can stop a trader who has passed an evaluation from withdrawing. Two things about it are easy to get wrong. It is a programme-level rule, not a firm-level one - the same firm often sells one account with no cap and another with a strict one. And what matters more than whether a cap exists is what breaching it costs you: at the firms we track, a breach delays the payout or raises the target.

Firms that did not qualify
A ranking is only useful if you can see what it left out. These firms are in the database but fall outside this page's inclusion rule.
Questions about this ranking
What is a consistency rule at a prop firm?
A cap on how much of your total profit one trading day may represent. The limit varies by programme, down to 15% on some instant-funding accounts, so check the percentage that applies to your account and how the firm calculates it. It exists to filter out traders who pass on a single lucky trade.
Do consistency rules fail your account?
Not at the firms we track. Most of those with the rule apply it at the payout stage, which delays your withdrawal until your profit distribution evens out. A few raise the profit target instead. Check the firm page for what a breach costs on each programme.
Which prop firms have no consistency rule?
The list above is generated from the database. It matters that this is a programme-level question rather than a firm-level one: several firms here sell one programme with no cap and another with a strict one, so each firm page states the cap per programme rather than giving a single answer.
