01

Overview

Key advantages

  • One-time evaluation prices from $40, plus a flat $5 activation fee
  • 100% profit split on the Trail, Static and EOD programmes
  • Only two qualifying days to pass
  • Overnight holding permitted
  • News trading allowed

Key disadvantages

  • Static drawdown allowances are small in dollar terms
  • Consistency cap tightens to 30% once funded
  • Hedging across accounts prohibited
  • Operating since 2024, a short record

Our assessment

Evaluation prices are among the lowest of the futures firms we track, but the loss lines are tight in dollar terms: the Static $50K allows $1,000 of total drawdown. The Trail programme gives more room and trails intraday. The consistency cap tightens from 50% in evaluation to 30% on Pro accounts, which matters if one big day usually makes your week.

Suitable for

  • Futures day traders who size small
  • Traders who dislike monthly subscription pricing

Less suitable if

  • You need wide drawdown room on a static line
  • One outsized day usually makes your week

03

Leverage

Futures programmes do not quote leverage. Position size is bounded by the contract limit per account size instead, which is listed with each programme below.

Contract limits
Static (locked drawdown)
Contract limits

Contract limits scale with account size and are enforced by the platform rather than by margin.

04

Consistency

Caps how much of total profit one trading day may represent. Checked at the payout stage at most firms.

50% best-day capBreach raises the target

During evaluation no trading day may exceed 50% of total profit, or 25% on the S2L evaluation. Once funded the cap is 30% on Pro accounts and 20% on S2F instant accounts, and Live accounts have none. Going over a cap does not fail the account: you keep trading until your best day is back within it.

In plain terms. With a 50% cap, no single day may be worth more than 50% of your total profit, so you need at least 2 evenly sized winning days before a payout clears. On $10,000 of profit that means your best day cannot exceed $5,000. Breaching it raises your profit target rather than failing you, so nothing is lost - the bar simply moves.

News trading

Allowed

News trading is allowed. The firm warns that liquidity can drop and fills can worsen around releases.

EAs and algorithmic trading

Restricted

Automated high-frequency trading is prohibited on all accounts and flagged automatically. Other automation is not addressed in the rules we read.

Weekend holding

Allowed

Positions may be held through the market close, overnight and over the weekend; the firm will not close them for you. Mark-to-market adjustments at the close can still push an account into its drawdown limit.

Overnight holding

Allowed

Positions may be held through the market close and overnight; the firm will not close them for you. A trading day runs from 6:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET.

Copy trading

Allowed

DayTraders' help centre documents the Rithmic rTrader Pro copier for mirroring trades from a leader account onto your other DayTraders accounts. Copying another trader is not addressed.

Hedging

Not allowed

Hedging is not allowed during evaluation, and holding a long in one account against a short in another is prohibited on funded accounts.

Other restrictions worth knowing

  • The EOD evaluation ($80 to $400) uses an end-of-day trailing line and adds a daily loss limit that varies by size, from $800 on the $25K to $3,250 on the $300K.
  • S2F Straight-to-Funded instant accounts cost $222 to $495 and skip the evaluation.
  • Straight-to-Live (S2L) evaluations lead to a live brokerage account backed by real capital.
  • At least one trading day is required in every 30-day cycle to keep an evaluation active.
