Challenge type
Instant funding prop firms
Instant funding, sometimes called direct or no-challenge funding, means buying a funded account outright: there is no evaluation to pass, and the account's loss limits and payout rules apply from the first day. Where a firm sells both at the same size, the instant account costs more in 41 of 44 cases. The terms matter as much as the price: 7 of the 8 programmes listed here use a trailing drawdown, and 7 have a consistency rule that can hold back a payout. Firms are listed longest operating first, and the table below the ranking compares the programmes themselves.

Questions about this ranking
What is an instant funding prop firm?
A prop firm that sells a funded account without a challenge or evaluation. You buy the account and trade it straight away under its loss limits and payout rules. This page lists 8 instant funding programmes from 6 firms.
Is instant funding worth it?
It can be, if your strategy is already proven and the rules in the table suit it. You are paying to skip a phase you might have passed for less, and the loss limits and payout rules apply from your first trade. If you are still testing an approach, an evaluation is usually the cheaper way to find out.
Do instant funding accounts have a profit target?
None of the 8 instant programmes listed here sets a profit target. What limits you instead are the loss rules and, on 7 of them, a consistency rule. With a 15% cap, for example, no single day may count for more than 15% of your total profit, so a payout needs at least seven winning days.
Is there instant funding for forex traders?
7 of the 8 instant programmes listed here are forex and CFD accounts; the other, Tradeify's Lightning Funded, is a futures account.
