Goat Funded Trader

Instant funding without an evaluation - at a consistency cost

Forex / CFDSince 2023Dubai, United Arab Emirates3 programmes listed on PropScoutingA plan with no consistency capStatic drawdown

Goat Funded Trader, based in Dubai and operating since 2023, sells Instant Funding accounts that skip the evaluation and have no profit target, alongside a 2-Step and a 1-Step challenge. The catch on Instant is a 15% consistency rule and a tight 6% loss limit. The rules have changed several times in 2026, so check the current terms before you buy.

01

Overview

Key advantages

  • Instant funding with no profit target
  • Payouts processed within 2 business days, from a $100 minimum
  • Broad platform coverage including TradeLocker

Key disadvantages

  • 15% consistency rule on the Instant GOAT account
  • 6% total loss cap on Instant accounts is tight
  • Rules revised multiple times during 2026
  • Operating since 2023, with a shorter track record than long-established firms
  • Heavily discounted list prices make true cost hard to compare

Our assessment

Goat Funded's Instant account skips the evaluation, which is worth something to a trader who does not want one. Two cautions. The 15% consistency rule on Instant is severe - it effectively requires seven roughly equal winning days before a payout clears. And the rules moved several times during 2026, so anything you read about this firm, here included, needs re-checking at checkout.

Suitable for

  • Traders who want to skip the evaluation entirely
  • Traders with steady, evenly distributed daily results
  • Price-sensitive traders testing a strategy

Less suitable if

  • Your results are lumpy - a few big days carrying the month
  • You need rule stability over a long funded run

04

Consistency

Caps how much of total profit one trading day may represent. Checked at the payout stage at most firms.

15% best-day capBreach delays the payout

The Instant GOAT account applies a 15% consistency rule: no single day may reach 15% of the profit in a payout period, and breaching it holds back the payout rather than failing the account. The 1-Step and 2-Step GOAT models carry none; their funded accounts are capped at $3,000 of profit a day instead.

In plain terms. With a 15% cap, no single day may be worth more than 15% of your total profit, so you need at least 7 evenly sized winning days before a payout clears. On $10,000 of profit that means your best day cannot exceed $1,500. Breaching it delays your withdrawal rather than failing the account, so the fix is to keep trading until the distribution evens out.

News trading

Restricted

News trading is allowed in both the challenge and funded phases, but a trade opened or closed within 5 minutes of a high-impact release can keep at most 1% of the initial balance in profit. The excess is removed without breaching the account.

EAs and algorithmic trading

Allowed

EAs are allowed if they respect the prohibited-practices rules. High-frequency and gold-arbitrage EAs are banned, and on One Step, Two Step, Instant Premium and Pay Later accounts bought from 12 August 2026 a VPS is prohibited, which rules out EAs that need one.

Weekend holding

Allowed

Trades may be held over the weekend.

Overnight holding

Allowed

Trades may be held overnight.

Copy trading

Restricted

Signal services and copying from other traders are prohibited. Between your own accounts, copying from one evaluation account to another or into a funded account is not allowed, but copying between funded accounts is.

Hedging

Not allowed

Hedging is strictly prohibited, including opposite positions within the same account, across your own accounts, and between a GFT account and another firm's.

Other restrictions worth knowing

  • Instant Funding accounts have no profit target: the constraint is entirely the loss cap plus consistency.
  • 2-Step PRO was withdrawn from sale on 13 June 2026. On the 1-Step Model, accounts bought from 1 August 2026 have a 3% daily drawdown.
  • The minimum reward request is $100, and each request must withdraw the account's full profit.
  • The rule set has been revised repeatedly through 2026, so re-check it before purchase.
